
Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 2 tbs. vegetable oil
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans Margaret Holmes Tomatoes & Okra
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans Margaret Holmes Red Beans & Rice
- 1 tbs. white vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
- real bacon bits (optional)
Directions
- Saute onion and green pepper in oil in a large skillet until tender.
- Add all remaining ingredients, and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes stirring frequently.
